Kim and her team were quite incredible in every aspect of selling our house. Prior to contracting with the Lair Team, we had hired another real estate agent (referred by a previous neighbor), and that was a huge mistake. Few showings, no offers, and no effort on the part of this agent. After terminating that listing contract, we thoroughly researched to find the best Realtor in our area, and that is when we discovered and contracted with Kim and her Lair Team. What a difference! We had an offer the first day Kim handled the listing but held out (following Kim's recommendation) for more and better offers, which we got and ended up selling our house above list price a little over a week after listing with Kim. We did have issues with our Mortgage Company regarding the closing date. Although it was not Kim's fault in the least, she was apologetic and did everything she could to help us stay flexible and minimize the inconvenience.
