Marilyn Lair and Kim-Lair Goss are partners at The Lair Team and are highly qualified Listing Specialists as well as Buyer Specialists.  Marilyn began her real estate career in Oklahoma after attending graduate school and the University of Oklahoma and teaching real estate at Cameron University in Lawton, Ok.


Marilyn and her team approach representation of clients with an attitude of helping you build your wealth thru real estate now and in the future. Much like a teacher Marilyn's goal of service is as she would like to be treated--tell me the "good, the bad and the ugly" and navigate me thru the unchartered waters of buying and selling. Kim Lair-Goss was a former principal in two Oil and Gas companies in Tulsa, Ok. Kim negotiated and managed multi-million dollar acquisitions and sales, including the sale of her own company in 2008. It was during these years in the oil and gas business that Kim became a powerful negotiator and learned how to put every last dollar in the hands of her client.


Marilyn, Kim, and their team close over $26 million in sales and their team manages the transactions in the best interests of sellers who list with the Lair Team and represent buyers to give them as many options as possible plus be proud of their purchase years later.
